age (identity) verification and voter identification

 Cans voting by mail will be required to list on the ballot
 envelope the last four digits of a “unique identifying number
 from a government issued identification” —
 essentially a pin number like people use at an ATM — that
 matches the one the voter designated when they registered to vote.

Like the stupid age verification laws, this is another stupid one which
will expose millions of voters to identity fraud and theft.  I cannot
believe how insanely idiotic our politicians are.
