The ID and death certificate should be no problem.
You should communicate further with 23andme.
1. Ask them whether the court certified copy of the will and the Letters
of Testamentary are strictly necessary since the will is in both of
your names and was never executed.
2. Tell them that, since you have a trust and you never went to probate
court, Letters of Administration will not be available.
3. Finally, you should ask them about how to "prove heirship". If such
proof is necessary, you should ask Harvey about since I have no idea
what that means or how you prove that.
